NEW WRITING

CryHavoc started from a passion for the development of new writing. We have a strong commitment to reading and producing the most exciting new voices in theatre.The plays that interest us most, challenge the status quo of theatre, force the audience to think and feel, and perhaps walk away with a new idea.

CryHavoc wants to create theatre that challenges the most committed theatre goer- but most of all, we like stories. Stories that have the strong potential to live beyond their premiere production.

SCRIPT SUBMISSIONS

We are now open for unsolicited script submissions. We will only accept scripts submitted through our online portal.

We absolutely love receiving scripts. It’s so exciting reading new work.  When we’re in production, it may take longer than usual but we promise we will let you know when we have received it and give you an estimate of when we may respond after reading it.

We are currently creating some exciting writing workshops so keep an eye out for the dates and locations.
